Hey Beauties! Below is all the information on returns and refunds.

The deadline for canceling an order is within 24 hours of the purchase date.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

*To ensure a proper return, please specify via email at rosemayboutiquee@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason(s) for the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we do not refund shipping costs.

In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the clothes are unworn with original tags, and clear garment packaging with SKU label. Unfortunately, currently we do not accept exchanges of any kind. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The following goods cannot be returned:

ALL swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products.

Orders returned that don’t meet the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Please allow us 5 – 7 business days from the day we receive the return package to process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
